What time is check-in? +
Self check-in is from 3 to 9 pm; check-out is by 10:30 am. You receive entry instructions before you arrive. Palazzo Triestino has a 24-hour reception.
Is there a reception desk? +
The boutique rooms and suites have no reception desk: we help you by phone (+39 040 9570801), on WhatsApp (+39 351 8868806) and at the Info Point in Via Diaz 3b, open from 9 am to 9 pm.
Is breakfast included? +
It depends on the rate you choose. With breakfast rates it is served at partner historic cafés near the property, such as Caffè degli Specchi on Piazza Unità or Antica Tostatura Triestina in Piazza Venezia.
Where can I park? +
Our partner covered car park is Park San Giusto, Via del Teatro Romano 16, with a guest discount. On-street parking in the centre is paid on weekdays from 8 am to 8 pm.
Is there a lift? +
Yes, all except the rooms at Via Diaz 8 (Victoria), on the second floor without a lift. If you have heavy luggage, choose a room at Via Diaz 6.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in? +
Yes: there are free lockers and, if they are full, storage at the Info Point in Via Diaz 3b.
Do you have family rooms? +
Yes: quadruple rooms at Via Diaz 6 and suites with kitchenette for up to 4 guests in the Borgo Teresiano.
How do I get there from the station? +
On foot in about 15 minutes along the seafront to Piazza Unità, or by bus 8 or 30, or by taxi. The full route is on the Getting here page.
